I’m Terri, and after more than thirty years in the boardroom, I’ve learned that governance is never just a compliance exercise, it’s the foundation of organisational strength. I’ve seen high‑performing teams, complex programmes, and entire organisations succeed or fail based on the quality of their governance. When it’s done well, it creates clarity, accountability, and resilience. When it’s done poorly, it becomes a tick‑box burden that hides risk, weakens decision‑making, and erodes trust.
I founded TLC Governance to change that. My aim is to move organisations beyond the corporate checkbox culture and towards governance that genuinely supports leaders, protects reputation, and enables sustainable performance. I bring real‑world experience, shaped by decades of navigating board dynamics, regulatory expectations, operational pressures, and the realities of leading people through change.
